Shipping & Delivery
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 5 p.m. (Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman). Other orders will be delivered the next day.
- Delivery is available seven days a week, excluding holidays.
- We try our best to dispatch your item the same day or the next day. The shipping may be delayed due to an emergency or bad weather conditions.
- Orders over AED 450 qualify for free delivery. Customers can select between regular or expedited delivery if their order exceeds AED 450. Delivery costs AED 30. Depending on the service selected, additional costs will be noted at checkout.
- "Signature Required" is not shipped by the company. When things are shipped, it is the responsibility of the customer to have someone ready to accept them.
- It is not possible to modify shipping addresses. Only the shipping address provided at the time of order placement will receive our deliveries. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The initial delivery cost will reduce your reimbursement.
